The majority of our products are made upon order. To allow for the Printing and package we require time to ensure quality standards are fully met. We will do our best to ensure that all orders are shipped within 72 hours for orders placed Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm. You will be kept updated of the status of your order at all times.
We use the following carrier to deliver our orders: FedEx & USPS
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information.
The rate charged for the shipping of your order will be calculated directly from FedEx and is based on the weight and dimensions of your products, as well as your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be for various delivery options, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.

Your credit card will be charged when you place your order. If we are not able to fulfill your order for any reason your credit card will be refunded.

Returned checks will incur a $35 charge to cover banking fees and administrative costs. Consequently, all transactions and agreements entered into will cease with immediate effect until such time as any and all outstanding funds are recovered in full.
Orders cancelled by midnight of the day of purchase will be provided with a full refund. After that period your item(s) would have gone into production. For non-custom items we will provide a partial refund but cannot refund payment for custom-made items that have already gone into the production stage. We reserve the right to levy a $15 charge to cover any subsequent administrative expenses.
Termination of Agreements and Refunds Policy
Both the Client and ourselves have the right to terminate any Services Agreement for any reason, including the ending of services that are already under way. No refunds shall be offered, where a Service is deemed to have begun and is, for all intents and purposes, under way. Any funds that have been paid to us which constitute payment in respect of the provision of unused Services, shall be refunded.
